MICROSOFT SIGNS-ON AS PREMIER SPONSOR TO 2ND ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT SUMMIT

(Westboro, MA ¯ June 25, 2002) – INT Media Group, Incorporated (Nasdaq: INTM), in conjunction with the Information Technology Service Management Forum (itSMF), today announced that Microsoft has confirmed its participation as the premier sponsor for the second annual International IT Service Management Summit, to be held September 23-25, 2002, at the Boston Park Plaza in Boston, Massachusetts.

Now expanded to three days, this event includes thought-provoking keynote presentations, over 30 concurrent breakout sessions and a broad range of networking and vendor activities.
