We are delighted to have Microsoft once again join the International IT Service Management Summit as the Premier Sponsor," said Dan Kara, Vice President of Sponsored Events for INT Media Group. Microsofts continued support of the event underscores the importance that Microsoft attributes to IT service management and the IT Infrastructure Library (the most widely accepted IT process management framework in the world), as well as the role the International IT Service Management Summit plays as the only vendor neutral event focused exclusively on how standardized processes and best practices can be applied to optimize the delivery of IT services."
Neil Fairhead, Product Manager of Microsoft Operations Framework for Microsoft Corporation and Board Member of itSMF noted, Like many other solution providers, we are basing our IT service management efforts on the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL). The International IT Service Management Summit is an invaluable opportunity to work closely with many of our major customers on their ITIL initiatives and to educate others as to the power of ITIL and a structured IT service management approach."
Joining Microsoft as sponsors of the International IT Service Management Summit are Axios Systems, Hewlett-Packard, IT Service Management Institute, ManageOne, Proxima Technology and Quint Wellington Redwood Academy.
