Dawning Technologies Announces New European Partner - Intertecnica Inc

Exclusive representative in France and Switzerland to handle sales, installation and support.

June 21, 2002. Dawning Technologies, Inc. today announced a business partnership with Intertecnica, Inc., a company with offices in the US and France. Intertecnica is Dawnings exclusive representative in France and Switzerland and establishes a new local presence for Dawning in these key growth markets.

The Intertecnica Europe office is headed by Mr. Alain Castel, formerly Research and Development Manager with a Swiss data acquisition vendor. Intertecnica will be focused solely on the sales, installation and support of Dawning products in these countries. The company will be active in both clinical and non-clinical markets.

This partnership expands our business presence into areas where our current customer base is quickly growing and will benefit from a local office.
