Under the terms of the agreement, controlGen will jointly market its proprietary data applications in conjunction with and through PageNets nationwide sales force.

King of Prussia, PA and Toronto, ON, June 21, 2002 – PageNet Canada (Paging Network of Canada) and controlGen, Inc. a leading supplier of machine-to-machine monitoring and control solutions today announced a broad joint marketing and sales agreement for telemetry applications in Canada. Under the terms of the agreement, controlGen will jointly market its proprietary data applications in conjunction with and through PageNets nationwide sales force. All of controlGens Canadian solutions utilize PageNets nation-wide two-way paging network (ReFLEX 25) and will offer commercial, industrial and government customers unprecedented wireless monitoring and control over remote assets and industrial processes.

Specifically, controlGen offers solutions that address the monitoring, diagnosis and control of industrial machinery such as compressors, chillers, HVAC, air handling equipment and lighting systems. Markets and applications include dairy and agriculture operations, highway and industrial lighting, predictive and preventive machinery maintenance, energy management (electrical, gas) and marine craft management. ControlGen is already active in Canada with existing partnerships and clients in the dairy marketplace.
