AIM Releases LIZ Systems Version 5.0 - Voice automation system boosts standard help desk functionality to a new level

Applied Innovation Management announces the release of LIZ Systems version 5.0, bringing voice automation and computer telephony integration capabilities to its line of help desk software products.

LAS VEGAS, NV (PRWEB) June 26, 2002 -- Applied Innovation Management announces the release of LIZ Systems version 5.0, bringing voice automation and computer telephony integration capabilities to its line of help desk software products.

Once installed on a call center network, the system acts as the first line of call handling and simultaneously allows users to submit trouble tickets directly to a help desk system via voice recording and keypad prompts.

LIZ enables your help desk software to perform 24 hours a day whether your support staff is on duty or not," says Mazhar Pathan, senior project coordinator for AIM. A caller can leave a voice message that gets added directly to the system as a help desk ticket, enabling support staff to hear a customers problem in his or her own words."

Since LIZ is essentially a voice ticketing system - and not voice mail -- the callers problem can be processed immediately by support staff without the need for a follow-up call until the issue is resolved.

By eliminating the need for support staff to manually enter tickets into the system, you enable your staff to concentrate on problem solutions." says Pathan. Standard phone voice messaging systems leave customers wondering if or when their problems will ever be heard. LIZ ensures that problems are not only heard, but resolved quickly and accurately."

The system is also amazingly compact, taking up only about as much space as a laptop computer.

That was a major concern of ours during the development phase," explains Pathan. We understood that CTI equipment has been traditionally bulky in the past, and one of our goals was to make sure our system was as small as possible to minimize the area needed for installation. LIZ met that goal head-on."

System technical specs, a downloadable multimedia presentation, and a free online demo are all currently available at the LIZ Systems website: (http://www.lizsystems.com)
