Caring Products International, Inc. - G-8 Leaders Endorse Plan Accelerating Implementation of Standards for Stronger Cockpit Doors to be Installed on All Passenger Aircraft in G-8 Countries by April 2003

CARSON CITY, Nevada, Jun 27, 2002 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Caring Products
International, Inc. (OTCBB: CPRD) and its wholly owned subsidiary USDR Global
Aerospace, Ltd. (collectively, "Caring Products") respond to recent media
coverage of G-8 Summit:

In addressing the sense of urgency to increase worldwide safety for air
travelers and cargo shipments, the Group of Eight nations adopted at their
summit in Kananaskis, Alberta yesterday an action plan to accelerate the
implementation of standards for stronger cockpit doors to be installed on all
passenger aircraft in G-8 countries by April, 2003 where possible.

According to U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, all 6,500
(approx.) U.S. - registered commercial transport-type aircraft must install FAA
approved reinforced doors by April 9, 2003. The G-8 action plan presents a
substantially increased opportunity for companies engaged in the design and/or
manufacture of cockpit doors designed to comply with FAA regulations or similar
regulations to be adopted by G-8 nations.

According to Caring Products CEO John Robinson: "Until now only the USA had a
policy in place to implement the doors in US Airspace and only for aircraft
entering U.S. Airspace. The G-8 action plan means that now all aircraft used in
G-8 nations, whether they enter U.S. Airspace or not, have to have
anti-ballistic doors. We just doubled our potential market."

Caring Products' Guardian(TM) Anti-Ballistic Panel Cockpit Security Door
("Guardian(TM) Door") is currently in its final stages of FAA testing and
approval. As a result, Caring Products' Guardian(TM) Door is positioned to be
one of the first cockpit security doors to receive FAA approval. Caring Products
recently received certification satisfying FAA Decompression
(Windshield-Bird-Strike) regulations, giving Caring Products a substantial lead
in obtaining STC certification from the FAA. STC certification is granted when
an applicant has received FAA approval to modify an aircraft from its original
design.

In light of the new FAA regulations, the primary difficulty with installing
reinforced cockpit security doors is that the structural enhancements now
required by the FAA cause the reinforced cockpit doors to weigh significantly
more than their predecessors. The heavier weight increases door opening time
and, more problematically, decompression pressures. In order to compensate for
the increased weight of the door, the Guardian(TM) Door utilizes a
patent-pending secure/passive vent feature that counterbalances the additional
weight and allows the heavier reinforced door to react to a decompression event
in a comparable manner to that of the lighter, non-reinforced doors originally
used on the aircraft. These features thereby allow the Guardian(TM) Door to
satisfy the FAA's decompression analysis, reducing or eliminating the need for
costly and time-consuming airframe structural enhancements associated with
currently manufactured cockpit security doors.
