New 4G Submarine communications technology and technology for the war on Terrorism
New 4G communiactions technology will aid in the war on terrorism by allowing secure global wireless communications for submarines and all other military hardware.
GAIACOMM CORPORATION ANNOUNCES REVOLUTIONARY 4G
TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT FOR THE GLOBAL WIRELESS
COMMUNICATIONS INDUSTRY
July 19, 2002, Gaiacomm Corporation, a California development-stage, research and development global wireless communications company, announces its plan to build a working prototype of a heater/antenna that will demonstrate a 4G global wireless communications technology as most wireless technology companies continue to develop 3G technology. Given the recent acts of terrorism in New York and the US facing terrorist threats, the need for reliable wireless communication has never been greater. Gaiacomm is designing a revolutionary infrastructure that it believes will provide the world with the first truly global wireless communications system.
As contemplated, the Global Wireless Communication" technology, GWC", will primarily function via a global network of land-based heater/antennas, enabling smart phones, PDA-s, laptop PC-s, and other wireless devices to experience data transmission rates up to 29 times faster than current technology permits, with 100% reliable connection, no roaming charges, no loss of data, and no dropped or faded calls.
Rather than depend upon line-of-sight installations or satellite systems as wireless communications systems do currently, Gaiacomm believes its infrastructure of heater/antennas will effect signals at frequency levels much higher and lower than current radio signal transmissions by propagating and bouncing" transmissions off the Earths ionosphere to deliver strong signals globally. Gaiacomm believes the technology will enable communication between any two points on Earth without inter-connection charges or roaming charges.
Gaiacomm intends to build a direct-to-user ground-based wireless system eliminating the high costs of building, maintaining, and operating current satellite and other line-of-sight" technology used for current 2G and 3G systems. It further believes that by providing this more affordable, unified, and reliable global wireless communications network, costs to service providers using the platform will be greatly reduced and people of all nations will be empowered to communicate without the physical barriers invoked by present technology.
Within approximately 16 months, Gaiacomm plans to unveil a working prototype, demonstrating its 4G wireless communications technology. Subsequently, Gaiacomm intends to deliver this technology to the international aid community for humanitarian relief efforts.
