December 30, 2002, Gaithersburg, MD - Littlearth, Inc. announces a new breakthrough Internet language called DML (Document Markup Language) and a web site www.formshere.com that allows people and businesses around the world that use the Internet to create DML Web Pages in minutes that are connected to databases so that information can be collected, stored, retrieved, displayed, and provided in a customized format.

Bruce Butrum, Vice President of Marketing for Littlearth, Inc. said
If you can turn on a computer, have Internet access, and can read English, you can instantly create a web site connected to a sequel server database. Everyone from a CEO of a company to a stay at home mom could save time, save money, and increase profits or income."

An article about DML appears in the Washington post in the Business Section today at www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A48995-2002Dec28.html

DML and www.formshere.com is a new generation of Internet language/software that eliminates the cost of expensive software, hardware, programmers or web designers, and time wasted to create/modify web sites to collect data or information so that the data can be easily retrieved, displayed, and analyzed via the Internet. Businesses and people around the world that have never had the ability or opportunity to create DML Pages will now discover uses for the Internet that they did not think were possible. Our new technology will provide a service for an untapped global Internet user market," Butrum said.

The web site www.formshere.com makes it possible for the most non-technical or novice Internet user to instantly build or modify custom web forms/documents that contain fields for data entry so that data can be entered by anyone with Internet access, stored in a database, and retrieved (anytime) in customized format via the Internet.

Imagine the possibilities:

1. An international company could set up a DML Page to collect monthly sales figures (using wireless devices) from any number of stores around the world and create powerful reports
2. A small business in Japan could create a DML Page to collect survey information on customer satisfaction
3. A nine-year old boy in Brazil could make a DML Page for his birthday party. The boy could give the link (URL) to the DML web page to kids he has invited. He could then find out who can make it to the party, what kind of games or cake they like, and provide guests with directions to his house and some possible gift ideas
4. A dad in Australia could use a DML Page to get information for all the people on his kids rugby team
5. A grandmother in rural England could set up a DML Page to get information about people that go to her church to create a directory or make an address book
6. A web developer in Peru could link or embed a DML Page on a clients web site to collect information
7. A UN aid worker in Mali could create a DML Page to track all UN aid shipments received in West Africa
8. A small business in Canada can create a DML Page that is a job application so that potential employees can provide information via the web
9. A retired person in the U.S. could set up a DML Page for a golf league to collect scores and other information

Many current Internet web sites help users build basic web pages that display information but they do not allow users to create web pages to collect information and to store it in a database to be retrieved. Because HTML is cumbersome to use and web sites may need to be linked to a database, users normally have to hire a savvy programmer to create web pages linked to a database.

DML allows users to make web pages on the fly" in minutes instead of waiting weeks or months for a programmer to develop a web site. Businesses or individuals could save money by using www.formshere.com by using the Internet to resolve problems, fulfill needs, and/or replace an existing expensive infrastructure. Using www.formshere.com or purchasing a server version will allow businesses or individuals to increase profits or income by allowing them to use the Internet in ways they thought were not possible before.

DML could have a global impact on the way people around the world use the Internet because most of the people in the world live in developing countries. People in developing countries and many people in developed countries do not have the resources to pay for the development of web pages that can collect data or information that can be easily retrieved from a database and analyzed. DML will change the way many people around the world use the Internet.

DML has the potential for becoming the industry standard for dynamically creating documents that contain fields for data entry and may create a new industry for organizations interested in providing business solutions powered by DML and FormsHere.com software.

DML is a higher-level language for the Internet. DML is fully compatible with HTML when that is appropriate, e.g. when using an Internet browser, however, DML contains more than just how to present a web page to a user. It may contain information on where to store that data as well as what to do with the data, e.g. fax or email it. DML Pages can also use relational databases stored in other DML Pages to maximize the power of your DML Page.

All Internet users and webmasters will now be able to use www.FormsHere.com to build DML pages and link or embed from their own web sites. Internet users will be able to purchase a server version of DML sometime in early 2003. Littlearth Inc. staff takes pride in designing high quality products to be so user friendly that a novice Internet user will have no problems in using our web site.

The Media can use www.formshere.com for free until March of 2003 by using the word media" anywhere in user name.
