The Woobey Queen Releases the Woobey Critter

Woobey World has made a cuddly toy designed for children with asthma. The toy is warmed in the Microwave which kills the Dustmites and makes the toy cuddly warm.

The Woobey Queen of Woobey World has released the Woobey Critter, cuddly huggable toys that can be warmed in the microwave just before bedtime. The Woobey Critter was specifically designed for children who suffer from asthma and those allergic to the dust mite" said Kathleen Petrides, Queen of Woobey World. While your average stuffed toy is a Dust Mite magnet, The Woobey Critters are just the opposite. Each time you stick them in the microwave, any Dust mites that might have hopped on, are killed by the microwaves."

Ms Petrides explained that the Woobey Critter was originally made because her young son has Asthma. I knew that it meant that I needed to keep things like stuffed toys away from him to try and prevent possible asthma attacks. However, I felt it patently unfair that he wouldnt be able to have any cuddly toys to play with and to take to bed.

So, she decided to design a Woobey that children could play with that would eliminate the danger of the Dust Mite as well. She took the same natural contents of the Woobey, designed a toy animal, put them together and came up with the 'Woobey Critter. My children were involved with the creation of the Critters from designing them to the rigorous testing of childs play.

After trying the Critter out on different children, the Woobey Critter was found to have an unexpected bonus, We found that some children who are afraid to go to bed at night are soothed by having a warm cuddly toy in bed with them, making bed time less of an ordeal for both the parents and the children."

Woobey Critters are made with Denim and one hundred percent natural contents. They come in four different shapes, the Cat, Dog, Bear and Rabbit.
