TRaC Associates Announces Rear Projection Display Kiosk.

TRaC Associates introduced the industry's first high ambient light large screen display kiosk. The new display comes with either 40" or 50" GlassVu Panel and is modular for easy shipping. The Kiosk is a wheeled stand with locking compartments for a projector and media source. The GlassVu Panel is bolted into place for security and the unit contains an adjustable rear projection mirror. It is capable of displaying high definition images in extreme lighting environments; even full daylight conditions. Incorporating the patented "Black Shelves Technology -the TRaC Kiosk represents a major breakthrough in Kiosk type displays.

The Kiosk is suited for a wide range of applications in data presentation, entertainment, and public information. Specifically targeted for retail applications and as a public information tool, the Kiosk will be ideal for shopping malls, retail stores, airports, museums, and automobile dealerships. While not included with the display, touch screen capabilities can be easily added to make a powerful interactive, large screen informational aid.

When assembled, it occupies a total depth of only 31in., thereby accommodating any standard door opening. Serviceability is convenient and easy with all internal components accessible from the rear.

Availability and Pricing
The Kiosk is available for sale immediately. It has list prices in the U.S. of $6,800 (40") and $8,500 (50"). The system does not include the projector or media source and will be sold through TRaC's nationwide network of authorized re-sellers.
