Allied Data Technologies signs order with Freeserve

Spijkenisse, The Netherlands, January 9th, 2003, Allied Data Technologies B.V., a European leading developer and manufacturer of modems, ISDN products and xDSL CPE, today announced the signing of a long term agreement with Freeserve, the UK's No.1 for the Internet (part of Wanadoo SA), involving the delivery of ADSL CPEs.

Over the next few months, Allied Data will deliver a USB powered ADSL Modem, the CopperJet 800. The order, a complete ADSL package including ADSL modem will be distributed through Freeserve's online shop and any branch of Dixons, Currys, PC World or The Link throughout the UK.

This strategic alliance between Freeserve and Allied Data Technologies forms an important step in supplying a complete and affordable broadband DSL offer to residential households.
