To further the quality of customer experience, Virgin Mobile is now using Argogroups Monitor Master, the industrys leading quality management solution, to monitor and ensure the overall quality of their SMS and WAP service.

To further the quality of customer experience, Virgin Mobile is now using Argogroups Monitor Master, the industrys leading quality management solution, to monitor and ensure the overall quality of their SMS and WAP service.
During evaluation, Virgin Mobile were impressed with Monitor Masters ability to handle all aspects of mobile data services including SMS, WAP, MMS and J2ME, however, the first project for Monitor Master will exploit the flexible SMS scripting capabilities, which will enable Virgin Mobile to monitor the availability and delivery times for SMS 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Monitor Master scripts will automatically send alerts to key members of technical staff if the SMS service drops below acceptable Quality of Service thresholds.
After implementing the initial SMS project, Virgin Mobile could use Monitor Masters ability to test and monitor the quality of other mobile data content such as WML, J2ME, EMS and MMS, or to test all new makes and models of Virgin Mobile handsets to ensure that they work properly against the Virgin Xtras services prior to making them available to their customers.
As a result of using Monitor Master, Virgin Mobile provides even greater assurance of quality of service while at the same time spending less money and using less time resources on support.
