Designed from the ground up as an Internet native ASP (Application Service Provider) offering, RezLynx boasts a fully featured CRM incorporating a Property Management System (PMS), Central Reservation System (CRS) and Head Office Management module. RezLynx Web, a real time Online Booking feature within the system, has also been implemented by Elegant English Hotels, allowing live last room sales to private guests and agents via the World Wide Web. RezLynx uses a single, central database to store company, agent and guest history from the entire estate, providing the group with comprehensive data mining capabilities.
