NanoVia, LP has developed a diffractive optic dicing tool called mMultiDiceTM (MicroMultiDiceTM) for micro polymer tubing used in micro electromechanical and medical device assemblies. The process utilizes a patented beam shaping & imaging system that allows precision slots to be produced using low power UV DPSS YAG lasers instead of costly excimer lasers.
