Under Safe Harbor provisions, employee privacy is protected. Data pertaining to identifiable individual employees cannot be disclosed to any third party, or used for purposes other than the cause for which data are collected, without a given individual's explicit consent. Additionally, all data must be protected from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

"That kind of strict security is also nothing new to MindSolve," says Boccabella. "We were very early adopters of 128-bit data encryption, and undertook a major effort to offer that level on a worldwide basis, with compatibility with multiple web- browsers."
