"The Sleep on the couch" thong is just one of the items at http://www.cafeshops.com/p2c_bloodkiss; the studio store for Prelude2Cinema's sexy digital film noir "Blood Kiss: Soul of a Woman." The movie had its world premiere at the first York Independent Film Festival at the University of York.

One of the main characters is a stripper, so the thong made sense in promoting the movie says African- American Emmy winning writer Alex P. Michaels. Michaels is also the director and plays one of the key characters in the movie.

"I showed the movie to a black filmmaker I know and he said, it seems like a white director did the movie. I asked, what he meant,and he said, it didn't deal with the typical things blacks deal with in movies (i.e. drugs, violence and race issues)." "Blood Kiss: Soul of a Woman" is a film noir about love, betrayal, and people with a taste for blood. The movie was shot in Cleveland, Ohio and stars Nina Angeloff, Simon Lovell and singer Tracy Marie. Miss Marie plays the stripper in the movie and one of her songs will be on the soundtrack. The movie premiered in the US at the Ohio Independent Film Festival. The movie had an early morning screening, that was enjoyed by all, but not too many attended. Prelude2Cinema is hoping for sales at the studio store to promote a Cleveland "gala" screening of the movie this spring with all the actors.
