Third Rail Productions Announces Open Audition for Next Female Pop Star

New York, NY ? Unless you have been on an uncharted island and cut off
from the world in the last year, you well know that America is in love
with the idea of getting its 15 minutes of fame.

Shows like American Idol have renewed the obsession of would be stars of
the future. The format is nothing new. Build a show around the idea of
searching for talent that can then be managed and marketed. In the
Eighties, Star Search put that idea to tremendous success?.as a matter
of fact, Star Search is back and is up and running for your viewing and
booing pleasure.

Inspired by the success and response of these national shows, TRP (Third
Rail Productions), a full service music production house out of New
York, is launching an all out Female Pop Sensation search.

It begins with an all day open audition to be held on January 30, 2003
at Theatr Row Studios in Manhattan. TRP will give females, ages 18-35
an opportunity to show their singing talent. TRP?s objective is
simple, find the individuals that they want to work with and stand
behind, invest the time, expertise and resources needed to record demos
and prepare the artist for a major label record deal.

When asked how is this different from other open auditions and shows,
Keith Jacks, TRP?s Founder and Lead Producer said, ? Our objective is to
find the talent that can make it in todays market, we?re not looking to
build a pop show or force somebody into a preconceived mold. We?re
looking to do more of what we love, make great music. We are truly
looking for talent to prepare for what we know the major labels are
looking for. This is hard work, and we are looking for people ready to
put in the time?.
