Exus Adds Online Tutoring to EEN World University Site

NEW YORK, Jan. 16, 2003 -- Exus Networks, Inc. (OTCBB:EXUS) and (NIPHIX:EXUSG), a global provider of Distant Education and international end-to-end network services, today announced the signing of an agreement with an online tutoring service to be an integrate part of the EEN World University (a subsidiary of Exus) web site (www.eenworldu.net).

Under the terms of the agreement EEN will share revenues with the tutoring provider. The EEN Online Tutor service will be active on the EEN World University site as of February 1, 2003.

EEN Online Tutor will offer complete learning programs for grade levels 4 through 12 and will also offer online tutoring assistance from live tutors 24/7. Our goal is to dramatically increase and expand students' basic skills in Math, English and Science, improve their academic performance in all core subjects and develop their digital age learning skills. Students will experience a creative and interactive curriculum full of examples and rich in graphics, allowing each student to master new skills and concepts at their own pace. In addition, there will be a host of tools that provide each student with the individual attention and support that is essential for developing a competitive advantage and long-term academic success.

The service uses EEN's prepaid Smart EducationCards(TM) and will provide access to the student for a one-year period. Proprietary software and content offering live tutoring, an intelligent evaluation system, course content, comprehensive testing, an extensive research library, lesson planning, record keeping and student performance tracking tools has been developed exclusively for the service. Once on the site White Board technology is utilized, through which the accredited tutors can illustrate concepts as they instruct, thereby reinforcing important ideas. Questions can be directed towards tutors using an internal communication system, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all age levels. Integrated record keeping modules accurately record all lessons studied, time spent per lesson, and all results of comprehensive tests taken.

An excellent lesson planning system for teachers and parents has been included in our Parent and Teacher modules, allowing parents, teachers and schools to use the EEN Online Tutor as an effective supplement to in-class instruction.
