Central Pennsylvania Based Modern Rock Band Josa Step Signs with ODDIO Records

Josa Step inks deal with independent record label, ODDIO Records, with a spring 2003 release and tour slated

GREENCASTLE, PA -- Nov 5, 2002 -- Josa Step (http://www.josastep.com>www.josastep.com) announces that they have signed a multi-album deal with independent record label, ODDIO Records. Josa Step will begin work in December on the follow-up record to their critically acclaimed, 'Speak to Dream, with Producer John Wagoner slated to produce the album at CAB Studios. The CD will be interactive, featuring live footage and a promotional music video for the first single release.

I kept hearing about this band in Pennsylvania. I finally had to check them out, so I went to see Josa Step play live and instantly knew I wanted to work with them," said Hans Scharler, A&R Director for ODDIO Records. We worked out a deal to get these guys exposed to the industry and to a bigger audience, while allowing Josa Step to be in control of the message and vision."

The CD will be distributed by Amazon.com, Attitude Records, ODDIO Records, and other outlets around the country. In February 2003, the tour starts up to support the release later that year. Camera crews will be taping live footage for the promotional video release. Some of the venues include Relax @ The Orchards; The Vault in Baltimore, MD; Remy's in Harrisburg, PA; Old Pharmacy Café in Hagerstown, MD; Our Beerbelly's in Bethlehem, PA; Venice Inn in Hagerstown, MD; and Casey's in Greencastle, PA.
