Videotek, the industry leader in innovative test and measurement technology, announces the opening of the Videotek Europe Service Center in Brussels, Belgium. Videotek will now offer a regional service option for international customers, effective January 1, 2003.

Supporting our international customers is an ongoing objective for Videotek," explains Phil Steyaert, President of Videotek. We established a sales office in Germany over two years ago for our European, African and Middle Eastern customers and we are now providing a service center in the same region. Videoteks presence in these areas is rapidly growing and we want to be prepared to support this and all future activity. We are very excited about being able to provide professional customer service to this region."

The mission of the Videotek Europe Service Center is to provide service to both end-users and distributors, alike. If Videotek equipment needs to be serviced, under warranty or not, the Videotek Europe Service Center can provide service for that equipment, just as Videotek in the United States has done for years.

Videotek distributors in this region will continue to offer technical product support to customers in their respective countries. However, if a distributor has a need for parts, circuit boards, or assistance in repairing a product, the service center can help. And Videotek product specialists in the USA will still be available to all Videotek customers for assistance with system and application questions.
