Deliver Custom Sales Proposals or Other Sensitive Information From Your Website While You Sleep (or while golfing).

Many people visit websites looking for price information. For a number of reasons companies don't make this information public. With aPosal, you can distribute price information via a pre-prepared electronic document, know who it was sent to, when it was read and how long the recipient viewed each page. Each aPosal will be customized and addressed to the recipient. Salespeople routinely make follow-up calls not knowing if their information has been received, let alone read. This new system eliminates uncertainty.

Mississauga, Ontario - January 21, 2003 - Today ePosal Inc., developer of the world's first ASP /Client Server electronic proposal creation, distribution and view tracking system announced a new expansion module: "aPosal". Now it is possible to automatically deliver sales proposals, or other sensitive information, instantly from your own website 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Many people visit websites looking for price information. For a number of reasons, mainly competitive, companies don't have this information publicly displayed.

The difference between current technology and aPosal, information is delivered via a pre-prepared document, you know who it was sent to, when it was read, which pages were seen, and for how long. Each aPosal will be customized for the recipient and appear it was hand crafted.

Since July of 2002 hundreds of organizations have been creating and distributing proposals with the ePosal.com service. One of the features of ePosal is the ability to create one proposal and send to multiple recipients, similar to a mail merge program. This is accomplished by the use of database tags within the ePosal document. The tags substitute recipient data wherever placed.

aPosal is a custom script that allows for intended recipients to enter their particulars such as name, company name and email address. On submit, the system goes to work. The form is sent to the selling company, while at the same time inserting recipient data into a new proposal. The system then creates an 81 character hashed URL which is included into a personally addressed email and sent to the intended recipients email address.

If the email address is phony, the information is obviously not delivered or seen. Companies using the service can block certain email addresses, including free mail services or competitors, from receiving information. Those wishing anonymity can contact the company through normal channels.

Michael Bazelewick, President of ePosal inc. explains "there are a lot of moving parts upon submit, but the whole process takes less than 4 seconds." By the time a "Thank You" screen appears, the information is in the recipients mail box.

Imagine coming into the office and finding 20 new sales leads. Log onto ePosal and check the view history of each auto generated proposal. Bazelewick states further: "It's like having an extra representative working 24 hours a day. aPosal simply does automatically what a salesperson would have to do anyway."

Cost of the aPosal module is initilly set at $20.00 per hundred proposals sent. There is also a minimal setup fee for each script.

About The Company

ePosal inc. introduced the first ASP / Client server version electronic proposal system. If you can type a letter in a word processor, you can create electronic proposals. The system solved view compatibility issues. If you have a web browser, the information can be seen. ePosal is actively seeking distribution channels.
