Business Partnership Creates Coast-to-Coast Electronics Recycling Plan

Northeast TV and computer recycling leader ElectroniCycle Inc. signs long-term contract with Waste Management Inc.'s Recycle America Alliance. Waste Management Inc. will collect TVs or junk computers anywhere and deliver to ElectroniCycle for proper USA recycling.

GARDNER, MASSACHUSETTS -January 23, 2003- ElectroniCycle, Inc. has signed a contract to provide electronics recycling services for Recycle America Alliance, L.L.C., a subsidiary of Waste Management, Inc. The two companies will collect and recycle TVs and computers across a ten state region.

Under the new contract, Waste Managements Recycle America Alliance and ElectroniCycle will jointly offer eCyclingsm services in Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Maryland and Vermont. The partnership strengthens Recycle America Alliances unique position as a coast-to-coast electronics recycling service, while expanding ElectroniCycles market to five more states.

Obsolete televisions, VCRs and computer equipment are the fastest growing component of municipal solid waste. CRTs have been banned from disposal in Massachusetts and California, and illegal dumping is a growing concern for environmental officials.
