GRAND MASTERS SOON TO BE INDUCTED INTO THE HMAIS INTERNATIONAL MARTIAL ARTS HALL OF FAME

January 24, 2003, It was announced to day that the Hawaii Martial Arts International Society has begun to release the names of the Grand Masters to be inducted into the "International Martial Arts Hall of Fame". The "HMAIS" has been receiving an overwhelming interest in their annual Hall of Fame Banquet so this is a list that was released to the public with more to follow in the coming months.

January 24, 2003, It was announced to day that the Hawaii Martial Arts International Society has begun to release the names of the Grand Masters to be inducted into the "International Martial Arts Hall of Fame". The "HMAIS" has been receiving an overwhelming interest in their annual Hall of Fame Banquet so this is a list that was released to the public with more to follow in the coming months.

The inductees into the "HMAIS International Martial Arts Hall of Fame" in the catergory of Grand Master of the year are Grand Masters Jay Blanton, Ron Bradbury, Al Cunningham, Carlos Montalvo, Robert Gelinas, Dano Meadows, Francisco Monsalve, Eugene Sedeno, Miguel Ibarra, Jeffrey Delaney, Juan Otero, and Professors Mark Shuey Sr., Mohammad Tianero, Darel Chase, and Dr. Jason Hunt. The HMAIS is still receiving nominations from all over the world and giving each nominee the time and consideration to make sure that they would be worthy of being inducted into the "International Martial Arts Hall of Fame" and being part of this elite group. "We are looking forward to making this years induction ceremony an event to remember for many years to come, we strive to make it better each year and having these amazing Grand Masters a part of it is what makes it the great", stated HMAIS Chairman Professor Abregana Jr.

The Hawaii Martial Arts International Society 2003 4th Annual Hall of Fame Awards Banquet , you'll see the new inductions into the "International Martial Arts Hall of Fame" take place, it will be a who's who in martial arts event. This is part of an action packed weekend of events including the ever popular Legends & Masters Seminar, where you can learn from the most accomplished Pioneers, Grand Masters and Masters around today, also to top off this incredible weekend is an Open martial arts tournament entitled the "International Martial Arts Classic" with the 17 & under divisions named the "Karate Kidz Online Showdown", this all takes place in Las Vegas , Nevada , USA July 12 & 13, 2003 at the Sahara Hotel & Casino.
