With the latest success of its browser-based, enterprise-wide financial and information suite of applications, Computer Guidance Corporation announces the promotion of Mr. Tom Clark as the new Chief Information Officer.

With the latest success of its browser-based, enterprise-wide financial and information suite of applications, Computer Guidance Corporation announces the promotion of Mr. Tom Clark as the new Chief Information Officer.

Tom Clark, who joined Computer Guidance Corporation in October 2002, has an extensive background in information systems and project management working in the fields of manufacturing, retail, medical and pharmaceutical systems, as well as the construction industry. His past employers include W.L. Gore and Associates, Northern Arizona Healthcare, Merck Medco and others. Most recently, Tom was Director of Information Systems for Hancock Communities, one of the Top 20 homebuilders in the United States. Tom served as an instructor pilot in the United States Air Force and is a graduate of Arizona State University.

Tom will be leading all company-wide efforts for software solutions including the browser-based version of Construction Management System: eCMS. Since joining the Computer Guidance team, Toms influence has helped to deliver a new release for Invitation to Bid, our bid solicitation software, and the next version of our leading project management application, Project Administrator, which will be available within the coming weeks.

Glen Ford has been promoted to lead the CGC Webfacing Consulting Group from the Chief Information Officer position.
