FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

The Independent Business Women's Circle (IBWC) starts off 2003 with a new webmaster who will maintain their existing website at http://www.ibwc.org.

Great Neck, NY: January 27, 2003: Keshia L. Richmond of Richmond Technology Solutions, Inc. was appointed webmaster for the Independent Women's Business Circle (IBWC).

The IBWC is a not-for-profit organization that "was launched in April 1999 as a 'social network' to bring together entrepreneurial women who recognize the benefits of making time to leave the office to meet new, like-minded people." Frances Christ, owner of Custom Computer Training in Lynbrook, NY, the creator and former webmaster of the site, simply said of Keshia, "she's terrific".

Keshia has a strong background in Internet and Intranet systems and technologies. She brings with her a wealth of IT experience that took her 15 years to cultivate. The Webmaster is a key player in any organization's Internet presence. Keshia's duties may include a broad range of technical and business skills, including graphic design, programming and scripting languages, systems and site administration, as well as Internet sales and marketing.

Bill Cullifer, Executive Director of the World Organization of Webmasters, states: There is a huge increase in demand for qualified Webmasters with the number of Web sites projected to grow from about five million today to about 25 million by the end of the year 2002. Webmasters with business, technical design and project management skills are and will continue to be the most in demand..."

Keshia Richmond is thrilled with the opportunity. "This marks a great milestone for both Richmond Technology Solutions, Inc. and the IBWC. Visit the web site soon to see the new changes being made."
