Distinguished Industry Veteran, H. Kent Hansen, Joins PLEXIS Healthcare Systems Board of Directors

Healthcare industry expertise will enhance companys operation

Ashland, Oregon -- January 15, 2003 -- http://www.plexisweb.com">PLEXIS Healthcare Systems, Inc. announced today that distinguished healthcare industry veteran, H. Kent Hansen, has joined the company's board of directors. Mr. Hansen has extensive healthcare industry expertise that will enhance PLEXIS Healthcare Systems' direction and operation.

Mr. Hansen is currently president & CEO of Professional Strategic Alliances, LLC (PSA) a Professional Services Outsourcing company providing products and services in the medical, legal and professional services industry. He is the founder of PSA.

Prior to founding PSA, Mr. Hansen served as Managing Director of one of the country's most prestigious law firms, Heller Ehrman White and McAuliffe. During his 12 year tenure, Heller grew from a San Francisco based regional firm with three offices and a 120 lawyers to an international firm with over 430 lawyers and 11 offices in the US and abroad. In this position, Mr. Hansen was responsible for all aspects of the firm's administrative management.

Prior to working at Heller, Mr. Hansen served as CEO in a number of large metropolitan hospitals, including Saint Francis Memorial Hospital in San Francisco. During this period, Mr. Hansen was a co-founder of Voluntary Hospitals of America (VHA), one of the largest hospital purchasing consortiums in the US. Mr. Hansen also was the founder and President of Advanced Medical Concepts, an owner/operator of ambulatory surgery and healthcare centers.

Mr. Hansen holds a BS degree in Finance and Economics from Utah State University and an MBA from The George Washington University and has completed postgraduate work at Harvard University in Healthcare System Management.
