Pharmaceutical-Industry.Info expands website to include even more useful features by using Microsoft's .Net technology.

Pharmaceutical-Industry.Info has added even more services that people who work or study in the pharmaceutical field can find of use.

With a focus on building an online community our site has rolled out additional features such as a newsgroup listing, a useful links section, links to associations, as well as a directory of pharmaceutical suppliers (where each supplier has their own profile section, products & services section and contact section).

We have recently added to this list and released a discussion forum where people from all areas of the industry can meet and discuss topics of interest and a bookstore where people can buy pharmaceutical related books online.

By taking advantage of the features available with the .Net platform we were able to rapidly release these additional services. The forums use ASP.NET and SQL Server 2000 and the bookstore makes use of WebServices and uses Amazon.com's webservice to present a filtered view of the pharmaceutical books Amazon.com has available.

More useful features are being built and we would like to thank everyone who has provided feedback so far. We also appreciate any new suggestions that we receive so that we can continuously grow this relatively new pharmaceutical resource.
