Ken Viola, Vice President of Event Security - Strike Force
Mr. Viola joins Strike Force with over 30 years of experience in concert and event planning, including deployments, strategy and implementation of security, medical and parking services. Before Strike Force, Mr. Viola worked with John Scher and Mitch Slater at Metropolitan Entertainment as Security Director, and was Head of Security for Grateful Dead and The Jerry Garcia Band. He was responsible for security at Hammerstein Ballroom, Darien Lake Performing Arts Center at Six Flags, Montage Mountain Performing Arts Center, and provided security at major Northeast venues including Madison Square Garden, Continental Airlines Arena, Giants Stadium, Nassau Coliseum, and Hartford Civic Center.

Larry Echols, Regional Director of Philadelphia Operations -- Strike Force
Mr. Echols joins Strike Force with over 10 year of experience in security administration, recruitment and staff management. Before Strike Force, Mr. Echols was a senior security executive at Event One Staffing, Inc., and was a key player in security production for the Daytona 500, Veterans Stadium, Tweeter Center, Miss America Pageant, LPGA and NC State University. He also served on the security team for headliners such as Aerosmith and the Dave Matthews Band and worked as a senior security manager for Wackenhut Corporation.

Richard Cordivari, Sales and Marketing Consultant - Secure Defense
Mr. Cordivari joins Secure Defense with over 25 years of senior level management and security industry experience. He has developed employee security, safety and risk reduction strategies for the worlds largest corporations, and has managed all aspects of security operations at high-profile arena and stadium concerts and at feature sports events for the NFL, NHL, WWF, NBA, PGA, LPGA, and World Championship Boxing. He has also acted as a senior security executive at the nations leading venues, including Veterans Stadium, Nassau Coliseum, Knickerbocker Arena, The Centrum and Atlantic City Convention Center. He is the author of more than 100 articles on safety and security and is a recognized expert in safety and security for the transportation and fleet industry.
