New On-Line System Adds Value for Nurses and Hospitals Nationwide

Already a favorite among nurses for their unparalleled suite of on-line career planning tools, Berean Healthcare Staffing plans to launch several new internet based technology packages to enhance the patient-provider and staff-employer relationships. The first of these packages, affectionately branded Care Rewards, is scheduled for release by the beginning of February 2003, while the remaining value added staff-employer (VASE) and vendor management services (VMS) are expected by the end of the first quarter 2003.

A hospital official, and/or a patient, will be invited to take part in a bi-weekly review process for each Berean Healthcare Staffing healthcare professional. The bi-weekly reviews will take no more than 5 minutes to complete, but will deliver valuable insight into the quality of care and skill level of the professional reviewed. The reviews may be tracked over time to offer hospitals greater assurance that they will be provided with valuable and highly skilled healthcare professionals.

The healthcare professionals will receive Care Rewards points based on the scores they receive in the review process. These Care Rewards points, similar to what you may receive from your favorite airline or credit card company, are redeemable as donations to the professionals favorite charity or organization. The Care Rewards system is available to all Berean Healthcare Staffing professionals and is accessible on-line.
