Transoft International, Inc. announces the expansion of its European operations.

Transoft International, Inc. is delighted to announce that Michael Printer joins Transoft (Europe) Ltd. as Director for the region. He is responsible for all aspects of the business growth within the European market. With his well-established relationships in the ATM Management industry, Transoft considers the appointment of Michael to be a strategic move in its effort to further grow its leadership in the European market.

Michaels background is in business development and direct sales, with a strong focus on all aspects of the ATM Channel. Prior to joining Transoft, Michael spent 6 years with NCR where he was responsible for the development of ATM managed services and Outsourcing solutions. Michael brings a wealth of knowledge to Transoft, which will deliver a strong focus on customer satisfaction across the Region.

Louise Carter also joins Transoft (Europe) Ltd. in the role of Currency
Management Consultant. Louise has previously worked in operational management roles within HSBC and Abbey National.

Louise has gained experience at all levels of cash management including
vault funding, NCS regulatory requirements and ATM estate forecasting and optimisation. With such diverse experiences in the cash arena, Louise has a comprehensive understanding of the currency supply chains operating within a Retail Bank network. This type of experience is invaluable in our industry. European customers will benefit tremendously from her expertise and depth of understanding.

The addition of these seasoned and accomplished, individuals is part of Transofts strategic effort in 2003 to continue its successful worldwide expansion.
