(PRWEB) February 5, 2003
There is no time like now to make the decision to educate yourself on a fair tax system. In over 200 congressional districts, and with over 430,000 active volunteers, the Americans for Fair Taxation are spreading the word about The Fair Tax Act of 2003.
The State of Nevada is joining this effort in big fashion. Starting Feb. 9th the state volunteers begin organizing for many events and activities across the state. Plans will be laid for the March 9th Fair Tax Town Hall Meeting and the "1,000 Voices Rally" to be held in Las Vegas on April 15th.
Anyone wanting information about The Fair Tax Act of 2003 needs to attend the event at the Whitney Library. Introduced by Rep. John Linder (R-GA) and Rep. Collin Petersen (D-MN), H.R. 25 restores the system in place during 136 years of prosperity rather than the failed 90 year experiment with an income based funding system.
The Whitney Library is on East Tropicana Ave., one block East of Nellis Blvd. If you need directions contact the NV Fair Tax Action Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
