ETP, Structured Program & Project Management, announce new CEO

The Board of Directors of ETP [Ireland] Ltd. today announced the appointment of Noel Kelly as Chief Executive Officer. He will begin work in his new position immediately.

The Board of Directors of ETP [Ireland] Ltd. today announced the appointment of Noel Kelly as Chief Executive Officer. He will begin work in his new position immediately.

In making the announcement, Chairman of the Board Fergus OConnell said, We are very pleased to be able to appoint Noel Kelly as CEO. We believe that he brings the experience we need to address the challenges of bringing ETP forward in the successful expansion and delivery of expert Structured Program & Project Management services."

Mr Kelly (39) has 15 years experience in domestic and international program & project management. Working with ETP for over 6 years, he has most recently held the position of Chief Technology Officer, and was recently appointed a director of the company.

Mr OConnell also referred to Mr. Kelly as a recognised innovator in the program & project management arena". Commenting on his accomplishments he said, Under his leadership, ETP has seen recent expansion in the European and Far Eastern markets. He developed partnerships and established measurement parameters for the further development and stabilization of ETP as the leader in International Program & Project Management.

Mr Kelly is recognised as a leading keynote speaker and has recently spoken at the International Outsourcing Summit in St Petersburg, Russia.
