Many are using a compact, portable, lightweight washing machine called the Wonderwash, which washes a five pound load clean in only 1-2 minutes using very little water and detergent and no electricity.

The Wonderwash is ideal for the rugged living conditions found in places such as Afghanistan. It weighs less than six pounds and is highly durable, made out of thick plastic with no moving parts or maintenance required. According to Mark A.
