webstreaming.com today announced that it has bought the rights and assets of the Chyron Corporations Clari-net DualStreamer business, the worlds first broadcast compliant webstreaming encoder.

London, February 10th 2003 -- webstreaming.com today announced that it has bought the rights and assets of the Chyron Corporations Clari-net DualStreamer business, the worlds first broadcast compliant webstreaming encoder.

The acquisition of the DualStreamer business from Chyron compliments and strengthens webstreaming.coms existing product portfolio. It means they can offer either a corporate solution for live event webstreaming or a standalone unit for broadcasters and production houses.

Plans are already in place to continue development of the DualStreamer to upgrade and enhance the existing functionality and usability to enable webstreaming.com to deliver a fully integrated end to end turnkey streaming solution.
