Bulldog Technologies Targets Axis of Evil"
Secures Financing Team for North American Launch of Anti-Terrorism, Anti-Theft Security Product
For immediate release: Monday February 10th, 2003
Vancouver, B.C. -- John Cockburn, Bulldog Technologies CEO, reports that an agreement has been signed between Bulldog and CCC Financial. Under the terms of the agreement, signed February 6, 2003 CC Capital has agreed to provide investment banking, investor relations management and capital procurement services to Bulldog for a period of one year.
The Bulldog line of products addresses two major threats to the U.S. and world economies: terrorism and large-scale commercial theft (estimated at $50 Billion U.S per year). We are negotiating sales and distribution agreements with leading North American companies in truck and rail transportation, insurance as well as U.S. and Canadian Port Authorities and highly specialized Border and Military Intelligence Organizations."
As we roll out the first of our line of real time Container and Truck Trailer security products throughout North America we need strong partners to finance our initial rapid growth stage," according to Bulldog President & CEO, John Cockburn.
Under the terms of the agreement CCC will act as lead investment bankers in raising the last round of private financing for Bulldog prior to seeking a U.S. public listing later this year. Based upon our research, the Bulldog suite of advanced satellite and wireless security products will be embraced by a market starving for a real-time wireless tracking and security solution that currently does not exist." said R. John Irvine, CCCs president.
