Opera Star, Alison England says "Aloha" to "La Boheme" at the Hawaii Opera Theatre

WHO: Hollywoods own, ALISON ENGLAND will be showcasing her beautiful Soprano voice in the role of Brusetta in Hawaii Opera Theatres production of La Boheme."

England is a professional opera singer, actress and comedienne and has graced numerous stages across the country in both leading and supporting roles in Operettas and Musical Theatre and has also performed LIVE in Concert. England is a diversified entertainer with the ability to bring her unique voice signature and style live in concert to music from the greats: Mozart, Beethoven, Stravinsky and Bach. She has performed at the Kennedy Center, Radio City Music Hall, The Dorothy Chandler Pavilion and with The Seattle Opera, Connecticut Opera, St. Louis Opera Theatre, Florida Grand Opera, Aspen Music Festival, Los Angeles Opera Theatre and Julliard Opera Center.

Recently coming off her 2001-2002 one-woman show, tour Opera, Broadway & Beyond," she has also multi-tasked her talents as both producer and performer on two CDs: Opera Broadway & Beyond" and Worlds Greatest Love Songs."

WHAT: La Boheme is an opera about real life, human morality and coming of age set in the Latin Quarter of Paris during the early 19th Century about young artists living the Bohemian lifestyle believing they must suffer for art and love. Directed by Henry G. Akina and Conducted by Jorg Pitschmann.
