Directors Report is launched by Graydon UK

Graydon UK have announced the launch of their new service, the Directors Report which will provide their users with the ability to search on a database of over 5.3 million Director/company officer appointments within UK registered companies.

Graydon UK, (www.graydon.co.uk) providers of business credit information and credit risk management solutions, have announced the launch of their new service, the Directors Report which will provide their users with the ability to search on a database of over 5.3 million Director/company officer appointments within UK registered companies. The Directors Report also includes the Graydon Credit Risk category, detailing what level of risk is associated with each active company a director is involved with. This risk ranges from low risk through to high risk and is based on all the characteristics known to impact on Graydon's predictive credit rating system.

Three clear summaries are provided in the introduction of the report. Firstly, the total number of active and dissolved companies and (where applicable) companies with insolvency action pending. Secondly, the credit risk categories associated with the relevant companies - where the Director or Company Secretary is currently appointed and finally, the total number of resignations that occurred in the Directors/company officers past.

An example to illustrate this is that in some cases where a credit report does not provide a track record for a subject company, the Directors Report might provide more information on the track record of an individual director.
