Shake Sports, the digital sports marketing business, has acquired a 51 per cent stake in design agency Flame on Productions for an undisclosed fee in a move to further expand its creative offering to the b2b sports sector.
The two companies, which have worked closely together for over a year, will form a full-service creative agency to clients including Paddy Power, Speedo, Berghaus, United Media Entertainment Partners, The Times and Fox Sports International. The agency will trade under the Shake Sports brand name.

The acquisition of Flame on Productions follows the announcement of a strategic partnership with sports communication agency Communicate Sport.
