Better Communications, Inc. (BCI) Launches SpotNote 1.0

BCI has released it's patent pending software application SpotNote 1.0. SpotNote allows users to attach electronic notes to documents created by a variety of well known applications.

Better Communications, Inc (PRWEB) February 13, 2003

SpotNote was created to reduce the need to create secondary emails and documentation. SpotNote is the first independent application that allows the user to comment right onto documents created from several different applications (i.e. MS Office products, AutoCad, and Powerpoint).

SpotNote allows the user to edit, comment, and call attention to the documents they are editing. SpotNotes glide over documents without changing the format of the original document. In addition, these notes stay with the document as it is sent to various recipients.

BCI will initially market SpotNote to organizations in Distance Learning, Marketing, Legal, Recruiting and Non-Profits.

SpotNote is available on Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP and will be released over time for Linux and Macintosh systems. SpotNote was written using Sun Java JRE 1.4.

Further information about SpotNote is available on the companys Web site at http://www.spotnote.com.
