Calling On Great Minds -- Do 450 Economists Have Real Character?
Grand Rapids, MI, 02/11/03 -- Today VeriDEX responded to a proclamation made by 450 economists that denounce the Bush administrations economic plan. The response came in the form of a challenge. In Chairman Hamiltons words: I challenge the great minds that have attached their names to this proclamation to make an equal commitment to supporting a real and viable solution to the investor-suspicion brought on by a year of corporate scandals, following a decade of corporate corrupting incentives."
The challenge can be viewed at:

Chairman Hamilton later commented, It is a monumental thing for such a large group of opinionated analysts to agree on anything. But really all that they did was to agree that they do NOT agree with the Bush Administration. It will be a truly remarkable thing when they agree on a fundamental solution.
We challenge them, all of them and the entire world, to be a part of the solution. Help us create a counterbalance to the incentives that have produced corruption. We welcome all 450 of them to our advisory board."
The Board of Advisors is intended to be a resource of knowledge and wisdom to help steer the development of the iDEX as well as facilitate its implementation.
Verification INDEX Corp. (VeriDEX) was founded in October of 2002 in response to the devastating effects of the scandals that evacuated billions of dollars from the market.
