PrioSoft releases Priority One Plus Contact Management, Sales Automation, CRM Package.

All the features associated with Contact Management, Sales Automation, and Customer Relations Management software are included in this newly released system. Contact Management is a major piece of PrioSofts more inclusive systems. We are now releasing it as an easy-to- implement package which can be upgraded to any of PrioSofts more comprehensive systems, which are complete and fully integrated Business Management, Construction Management and Auto Sales systems. This Contact Management release consists of Appointment Scheduling, Mailing System with printing, emailing and faxing of letters and forms, Reporting, and Automated Processes with campaigns, and other tools for building and implementing strategies and processes.

The focus of PrioSoft 's Contact Management system is to 1). Make the daily tasks easier and more effective and 2). Facilitate the implementation of complex processes that accomplish the bulk of work and lessen the number of individual tasks necessary to a manageable few. A good example of the latter is the complex Auto Dealer Business Development Center, which can be manned by only one person. The incorporation of the interdependencies of outputs, criteria, and frequencies into a smooth running model requires only the activation of the automation processor once each day. The data entry and distribution of the outputs, letters for signatures, activity schedules for calls to be made by the sales people, and reports for analysis... are the only manual tasks necessary.

PrioSoft has additionally broken out the Business Administration module as an upgrade to Priority One Plus -- Contact Management. This module is available for anyone wanting to take a next step and increase the power of the Contact Management system. It includes complete Accounting systems needed for Business Administration - Quotations, Invoices, Requests for Proposal, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, Job Costing and detailed Reporting - and all other facilities necessary to keep a tight hold on the administration of a business. Additionally, all the outputs of this module may be automated, allowing the user to incorporate all processes of the business in an evolving business model. Financial reports, statements, and other tracking devices can be produced regularly, without manual tasks, to make the model extremely efficient. Priority One Plus - Administration will enhance the business process.

PrioSofts customers next step is to incorporate the Employee Relations functionality of the Priority One Plus -- Business Management system; or the estimating, work order project management and job scheduling capabilities of the Priority One Plus -- Contractors Office Construction Management system, to complete the package of business tools. PrioSofts modular approach gives the user fully functional software in each module, and more freedom to handle the automation needs as business budget and needs dictate.
