MindSolve Technologies' Dramatic Growth Leads to Major Data Center Expansion

Continuing to buck downward trend of most technology companies, MindSolve Technologies, developer and provider of online performance management solutions to organizations around the world, announced news about the company's continued dramatic growth in 2002, and expansion of its data handling capacity to meet and anticipate growing demands.

February 14, 2003. Gainesville, Florida, USA.--

MindSolve Technologies, developer and provider of online performance management solutions to organizations around the world, today announced news about the company's continued dramatic growth in 2002, and expansion of its data handling capacity to meet and anticipate growing demands.

Revenue growth. MindSolve's 40% growth in 2002 stands out in a year otherwise plagued by huge corporate bankruptcies, stock declines, and shrinking revenues for most technology-based vendors. MindSolve's remarkable growth rate (in excess of 300%) over the last three years compares even more dramatically to the technology-heavy Nasdaq's plunge of 67% over the same period.

"Our business has thrived while many web-based companies have struggled or perished," observes MindSolve's President Charles Steadham. "We believe that's because our focus from day one has been on delivering an invaluable service with a very high level of personal attention. Companies which recognize that employee improvement is essential regardless of economic conditions have not only stayed with us, but expanded their performance management services. They've weathered the storm in good shape and are well-positioned for the future."

MindSolve's data center increases capacity and reliability. MindSolve's commitment to providing reliable, secure, and speedy Internet connectivity to users all over the world is reflected in a significant upgrade in data-handling capacity. MindSolve's new data center is served by dual T-3 connections, each capable of handling 45 megabytes of traffic, equivalent to 30 T-1s. A fully secure, 24-hour staffed network operations center and triple-redundant data backup provide the highest level of privacy and protection. Secure, uninterrupted operation is assured with the power-supply redundancy afforded by both 800 amps of DC battery power and a 500 kVA tractor-trailer sized generator. Four separate A/C units provide 125 tons of cooling, and dual FM-200 Halon 2 fire suppression systems guard against fire. Even the data pathway in and out of the building is duplicated, so accidental cutting of an underground cable will not disrupt smooth operation. Click here to view additional data center details.

According to MindSolve's Chief Client Officer Jeff Lyons, "Our primary goal is to continue to give our clients fast, reliable access and easy operation. Our top-to-bottom data center upgrade guarantees we'll maintain our high level of service as we continue to expand."
