Raleigh, NC -- Tech Resource Group (TRG), a leading provider of automation learning and support solutions, recently announced the formation of its Life Sciences Division. Since its inception in 1993 and first CRM training project with Glaxo Inc., TRG has delivered numerous training and help desk solutions for companies in the Life Sciences sector.

With such a strong history and in-depth knowledge of the life sciences industry and the dynamic nature of this sector, it was a natural next step to organize a team devoted to this business vertical," said TRG President and CEO, John Wingen. The individuals within our Life Sciences Division will now be better aligned to capitalize on their broad base of knowledge and experience to create enhanced solutions for our life sciences clients, ultimately providing them with a higher level of service."

For more than a decade, TRG has worked with many of the top ranking global pharmaceutical companies on automation initiatives with a primary focus on CRM. During the past two years, TRG has expanded its learning services to meet the training and support needs of pharmaceutical scientific communities across the globe. Currently, TRG is working with one of the largest pharmaceutical research and development (R&D) organizations in the world to create a strategic training plan to support the critical business applications used throughout their worldwide locations. In addition to designing and developing a blended learning solution, TRG is providing a customized help desk solution to be implemented in phases, which will ultimately support over 12,000 users in R&D.

TRG also provides a comprehensive, single point of contact help desk solution for pharmaceutical sales forces, with their largest team supporting the 9,000 person sales force of a large pharmaceutical company headquartered in the mid-Atlantic. Utilizing TRGs world class support services, sales reps receive just in time coaching about the applications they use, along with the processes and policies required to do their job.

The Life Sciences Division of TRG will offer fully integrated services that include performance consulting, customized content development, training delivery, assessment and evaluation, help desk services, asset management, and hardware hot swap and break-fix.
