Internet Methods, Inc. Enters into Agreement with Fiserv Delivering Worldwide Card Processing through Fiserv EFT/CNS

Internet Methods, Inc. announces that the Company has signed a contract with Fiserv EFT/CNS for its worldwide card processing technology. The contract provides iMethods with the ability to accept and process credit cards, debit cards, closed network gift cards and third party affinity cards on a worldwide basis through iMethods Service Access Process (iSAP) Engine.

SCOTTSDALE, Arizona -- February 13, 2003 -- James B. Pugh, Chief Executive Officer of Internet Methods, Inc. (the "Company"), announced that the Company has signed a contract with Fiserv EFT/CNS for its worldwide card processing technology. The contract provides iMethods with the ability to accept and process credit cards, debit cards, closed network gift cards and third party affinity cards on a worldwide basis through iMethods Service Access Process (iSAP) Engine. Transactions will be processed in accordance with ISO 8583 as a node on the Fiserv connectivity network. ISAP's supporting technology will combine the processing of cards through existing ATM and POS infrastructure as well as through the Internet. "The combined technology will be the foundation for iMethods implementation of its Worldwide Payroll Platform Card Solutions for the banking industry," stated Mr. Pugh.

Mr. Pugh further stated, "iMethods and Fiserv EFT/CNS' combined technology sets the foundation for financial and non-financial transaction processing. We will be able to provide merchants with real-time cash management through an Internet protocol. This foundation provides the ability to deliver to the market place an unlimited suite of products to support many industries. The integrated technology with other iMethods Service Access Process (iSAP) Engine components will be the first to market an international merchant service suite of products providing parity to the underserved/disenfranchised SME marketplace regardless of location or currency."
