Dr. Jacqueline D. Griffiths to Lecture on Advanced Techniques in Corrective Eye Surgery

Black History Month Educational lecture and event planned in honor of the progress and richness of African-American achievement.

Reston, VA-Jacqueline D. Griffiths, M.D., Medical Director of NewView Laser Eye, Inc. in Reston, Virginia announced today that she will be presenting a seminar on advanced techniques for correcting nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism.

The lecture will be held at SRA Internationals annual Celebration of Black History Month on Wednesday February 19, 2003 from 11:00 -- 1:00. The event has been planned in honor of the progress and richness of African-American achievement. Dr. Griffiths will discuss LASIK and PRK surgery, and help those who attend determine whether they are appropriate candidates for vision-correction surgery.
