Houstons top fire station chefs kick it up a notch as they compete for the Hottest Chef Award in the Iron Tex-Chef Cooking Arena. Its fun! Its exciting! And, the competition is Hot. Grilling, frying, what ever it takes, the heat is on. This is sure to be a crowd pleasure. Nothing sets the stage like Big Red". A 30 x 20, inflated Fire Truck Slide, is just what the kids need to add excitement to the event.

Live music featuring Mariachi Bands, Country and Western, Zydeco, and dancing will entertain the crowd. The Hot Sauce, BBQ Sauce and Salsa cooking contest, open to the public for amateurs, is sure to be a hot event.
