Parker Software Development, Inc. has just released ArcherPro 3.1.0. This release includes the following new features and improvements:

ArcherPro 3.1.0 introduces some nice improvements to the popular multimedia viewer. The biggest change is the addition of the Background Menu. This menu lets you change the background color for each image individually. As usual, each command has a keyboard equivalent. The new commands on the Background Menu let you:

  • Change the background color using the standard Color Picker window.
  • Adjust the background color up or down in small increments.
  • Reset the background color to the default.
  • Reset the background color for all images to the default.
  • Open the Preferences window where you can set the Default Background Color.

A New preference has been added that lets you change the Default Background Color. All images that you have not specifically set a color for will use the Default Background Color.

ArcherPro is a small, fast, easy-to-use multimedia viewer. Most commands can be executed with a single keystroke. ArcherPro, like its freeware counterpart Archer, lets you mix still images, audio files, and movies in the same slide show. However, ArcherPro has features not found in Archer: features like sequenced image export, integrated database for future growth, the handy Destination Folders feature, and more.

The ArcherPro 3.1.0 update is free for all registered users.

ArcherPro, NewsHunter, NewsHunter Classic, and Archer can be downloaded from the Parker web site:

ArcherPro is US29.95

Unregistered version of ArcherPro are fully functional. After a 30-day trial period, ArcherPro will begin displaying reminders to register.
