KBCafe to Produce New Casebase Development Tools, Brampton, Ontario, Canada - February 18th, 2003 - In response to the popularity of KBCafe's new Recase search engine [http://www.kbcafe.com/recase.htm , KBCafe is announcing that they are creating casebase development tools to facilitate development of Recase casebases.
The new tools should decrease the development cost of Recase casebases by 50%. KBCafe is currently development a medical casebase that will replace WebMD in the minds of the Web surfing consumer. The new development tools will cut the cost of this development from an estimated $200,000 US to $100,000 US.
"Our goal is to reduce the cost of creating rich content websites," says Randy Charles Morin, President of KBCafe. "The Recase search engine and our next generation development tools will replace all the content specific websites like WebMD with more compelling sites."
KBCafe is currently looking for partners to share the cost and benefits of developing Recase, the Recase development tools and their next generation medical casebase. The medical casebase will be released to select beta customers in Q2.
