Baker Hill acquires New York-based Inspired Design. The acquisition expands Baker Hill's suite of comprehensive enterprise-wide solutions. Inspired Design provided sales automation solutions to some of the largest financial institutions.

CARMEL, Indiana, February 18, 2003 -- Privately held Baker Hill Corporation, an expert in banking process solutions, announced that it has acquired Inspired Design. Inspired Design specialized in the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-wide sales information management solutions. Named an INC 500 company in 2000, Inspired Design provided sales automation solutions to several of the largest financial institutions in the country. The transaction was completed on January 31st and is the first acquisition for Baker Hill.
