The firm is prepared to open franchises nationwide in 2003, a number of which will encompass the Florida regions as well as numerous states throughout the United States.

Richard Forrest, the first franchisee, will establish the franchise in the Ft. Pierce region and looks forward to the opportunity, given that the investigative services business is a booming industry.

“We are very excited to bring the Case In Point® brand of investigation services to Ft. Pierce” stated Peter Carl, president “We look forward to the continued expansion of our franchise business and the prospect of working with clients in Florida.”

Case In Point® is headquartered in Londonderry, New Hampshire and currently operates offices in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island, with the new franchise in Florida. It is the first owner, operator and franchisor of private investigative services in the United States.

Founded in 1992, the firm began in the Northeast, announcing in the summer of 2002 that it would offer the opportunity to franchise to those qualified investors who met licensing guidelines and necessary criteria to establish a site in the United States.

Case In Point® offers in-house training with ongoing support, linking to a main office database enabling access to continuous research of technology and guidance in many areas of investigations; the firm assures the expansion of additional diversification of services throughout the franchisees.

Acquiring a Case In Point® franchise provides the firm with a protected trade area, group advertising, purchasing and insurance, as well as an associative network of referrals with access to regional and national accounts.

Introduced at the 2002 Investigator Super Conference in New Orleans and recently highlighted in P.I. Magazine, Case In Point® will be exhibited at the National Investigator Conference for the N.D.I.A. at the Marina Marriott in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida on April 23rd through April 25th, 2003.
