GLYPHICS OPENS SECOND FACILITY IN RESPONSE TO GROWING DEMAND FOR SERVICES

Glyphics Communications expands business by moving nearly 30 percent of workforce to new Utah County location; hires several new employees to work at new facility. Site to feature a state-of-the-art data center that will house Glyphics streaming media applications and conferencing, telecommunications equipment. Company to begin offering co-location data, warehousing services to current, future customers.

Draper, UT - February 19, 2003 - In response to the growing demand for its services, Glyphics Communications, Inc., a full-service provider of comprehensive audio, video and web conferencing solutions, today announced that it is expanding its business via simultaneously moving nearly 30 percent of its employee base to a new Utah-county based facility, hiring several new employees and setting up a state-of-the-art data center at the site.

The 9,800 square foot facility, located at 775 W. 1200 N., Suite 200, Springville, Utah, will house employees from Glyphics support center and web development teams. The data center, which will be equipped with redundant air conditioning, liquid propane and national gas generators, N+1 UPS systems, card access security and video surveillance systems, is designed to ensure a stable and secure environment for Glyphics streaming media applications and conferencing and telecommunications equipment. The data center will also serve as a redundant conferencing center to the companys Draper location.

In addition to housing its own mission-critical applications and systems, Glyphics will also begin offering co-location data and warehousing services to current and future customers who wish to utilize Glyphics G G Data Center.

The move to the Springville facility is slated to be completed by Friday, February 21, and the site is expected to be fully operational by February 24, 2003. The companys headquarters will remain in Draper, Utah.
